Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement – LumePlus Intensive Experience
These Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement are intended to define the rules applicable to the LumePlus Intensive Experience, including all materials, information, documents, ebooks, audiobooks, videobooks, and digital or physical products offered, without prejudice to applicable law.
By purchasing a ticket to the LumePlus Intensive Experience, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, and you assume full responsibility for all actions taken under your account, particularly those that violate the provisions set forth herein.
PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between:
SERVICE PROVIDER: LUME EDUCATION LLC, a limited liability company, headquartered at 3950 Campus Ridge Road – D, Matthews, North Carolina, ZIP Code 28105, registered under EIN No. 99-3681970, hereinafter referred to simply as “Lume Education” or “SERVICE PROVIDER”; and
CLIENT:
USER, an individual or legal entity duly identified through the registration completed at the time of purchase.
This Agreement governs the terms of access and participation in the LumePlus Intensive Experience, a live online event held via Zoom, scheduled for June 6, 2026, at 9:30 PM (EDT), focused on educational content related to professional and strategic business development.

The SERVICE PROVIDER may make promotional bonuses available tied to the time of purchase, according to conditions disclosed during the offer, at checkout, on official pages, in communication groups, or during event presentations.
The bonuses for this offer follow the rules below:

All bonuses are promotional, personal, individual, non-transferable, and non-commercial in nature. They may not be exchanged, converted to cash, substituted, or compensated at a later date.
Bonus eligibility will be validated exclusively based on the official timestamp recorded in the payment and checkout system used by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to substitute bonuses with equivalent content of similar value in the event of operational unavailability, without giving rise to any right to a refund or compensation.
1.3.2. Upsell – optional, purchased separately at checkout: The Upsell consists of an exclusive group Hotseat session with Rafael Bazilio and Amanda Antunes, lasting up to one (1) hour, during which participants may present questions, challenges, and business situations for live strategic guidance.
The Hotseat format may include practical analysis, strategic direction, technical commentary, and business guidance, as determined by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
Access is personal, individual, non-transferable, and non-commercial. Sharing, retransmitting, recording, reselling, or making the content available to third parties without the prior written authorization of the SERVICE PROVIDER is strictly prohibited.
The SERVICE PROVIDER may establish specific operational rules for participation in the session, including duration, participant limits, interaction order, question selection criteria, and expert availability.
1.4. The SERVICE PROVIDER may make scheduling adjustments, content improvements, or operational updates to the event at any time, always with the goal of improving the participant experience, without giving rise to any right to compensation, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Sole Paragraph: The LumePlus Intensive Experience is a live online event. The SERVICE PROVIDER is under no obligation to provide a replay, recording, or post-event access to content presented during the event, unless expressly stated in official promotional materials or at checkout.
Any recordings made available will be temporary, revocable, and personal in nature, and may be removed at any time without giving rise to any right to a refund or compensation.
2.1. The relationship between the USER and the SERVICE PROVIDER is exclusively one of educational services, with no partnership, employment, representation, or joint venture relationship of any kind.
2.2. The practical application of the knowledge acquired is the sole responsibility of the USER.
2.3. The SERVICE PROVIDER does not guarantee specific results (financial, professional, or otherwise), as outcomes depend on external and personal factors.
2.4. Examples and success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only.
2.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SERVICE PROVIDER’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the USER directly related to the subject matter of the dispute.
3.1. To use the event and its content in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and best practices.
3.2. To provide accurate and up-to-date information; communications sent to the contact details provided are presumed valid.
3.3. To keep confidential all login credentials and access links (members’ area, Zoom, and WhatsApp).
3.4. To maintain a secure technological environment (antivirus, firewall, etc.).
3.5. Recording, reproducing, storing, sharing, or distributing the workshop content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the SERVICE PROVIDER.
3.6. To respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of all materials and interactions.
3.7. Using event information for client solicitation, unfair competition, unauthorized promotions, or spam is strictly prohibited.
3.8. To maintain respectful conduct in all interactions (Zoom, chat, WhatsApp). Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal without a refund.
3.9. The USER is solely responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, compatible devices, access to the platforms used during the event, and all minimum technical requirements necessary for participation.
4.1. This ticket is intended for individuals interested in professional and business development.
4.2. Access requires registration with accurate and up-to-date information.
4.3. Individuals under the age of 18 may only participate with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4.4. Upon payment confirmation, the USER will receive access instructions at the registered email address and/or in the members’ area.
4.5. Access is personal, individual, and non-transferable. Unauthorized sharing may result in access termination without a refund.
4.6. In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, the SERVICE PROVIDER may suspend or revoke access and take appropriate action.
5.1. The LumePlus Intensive Experience ticket is offered at a one-time price of US$197.00, as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
5.2. The Bonuses described in Section 1.3.1 are provided at no additional cost.
5.3. The Upsell available at checkout, titled “Hotseat with the Experts,” will be conducted as a group session with Rafael Bazilio and Amanda Antunes and is priced at an additional US$49.00.
The session will be educational and strategic in nature and may include business analysis, practical guidance, Q&A, and direction related to the content covered during the LumePlus Intensive Experience, as determined by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
5.5. Payment is processed via credit/debit card (or other payment methods that may be made available). It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to ensure valid payment details and sufficient funds.
5.6. An invoice will be emailed upon purchase confirmation to the registered email address.
6.1. The USER is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and limited right to attend the event and access the materials as purchased.
6.2. The following are strictly prohibited:
6.3. All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
7.1. Technical support for access-related questions is available via WhatsApp or email at [email protected], on business days, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EDT), with a response time of up to 72 hours.
7.2. Individual consulting or personalized advice beyond the scope of the event is not included and is not required to be provided.
8.1. The official WhatsApp group and event chat channels are intended exclusively for educational purposes and event organization.
8.2. The USER is solely responsible for all content they post.
8.3. Publishing content unrelated to the event topic, offensive, political, unauthorized promotional, containing third-party personal data, malicious code, unauthorized external links, or content impersonating official channels is strictly prohibited.
8.4. By posting content, the USER grants the SERVICE PROVIDER, free of charge and irrevocably, the right to use and moderate such content within event channels.
8.5. The SERVICE PROVIDER may moderate or remove content and take appropriate action (warning, suspension, or removal) at its sole discretion.
8.6. Zoom Chat Conduct and Moderation (Live Event)
The Zoom chat and any other live interaction channels made available during the Workshop are intended exclusively for educational purposes, event organization, and participant support. The USER agrees to maintain respectful, ethical conduct in compliance with applicable law.
The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to moderate the Zoom chat, including removing, hiding, or restricting messages that contain, but are not limited to: unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content; threats; hate speech; harassment; disrespectful conduct; provocation; spam; message flooding; self-promotion; advertising of personal or third-party products or services; unauthorized links; or any other conduct that disrupts the virtual environment.
In cases of repeated misconduct following a warning — or in cases deemed severe by the SERVICE PROVIDER — the USER may be immediately removed from the live session and/or have their event access revoked, with no right to re-entry and no refund, without prejudice to any other remedies provided under these Terms or applicable law.
9.1. Technical support is available via WhatsApp or email at [email protected], on business days, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EDT), with a response time of up to 72 hours.
9.2. Individual consulting and personalized advice beyond the scope of the program are not included.
10.1. The USER agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the event’s content, methodologies, and information.
10.2. Audio, video, or screen recording of the workshop, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the SERVICE PROVIDER.
10.3. The USER grants the SERVICE PROVIDER permission to use their image, name, and voice if captured during the event (e.g., questions asked during the Zoom session), for documentation, quality improvement, and institutional promotional purposes, at no cost and without the need for additional notice. If the USER does not agree, they must keep their camera and microphone turned off and use only the text chat.
11.1. All content, trademarks, methodologies, materials, and platform elements are the exclusive property of LumePlus or its licensed partners.
11.2. The USER does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the content accessed.
12.1. LumePlus Intensive Experience – specific policy for a live, date-specific event: A full refund may be requested up to 24 hours before the start of the live event, that is, no later than Friday, June 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM (EDT).
12.2. After the deadline stated in Section 12.1, no refunds will be issued. Once the workshop begins, the ticket is considered used and no refund will be provided.
12.3. Right of withdrawal: Given the nature of this live, date-specific event, any applicable right of withdrawal is limited to the deadline stated in Section 12.1, and this specific rule shall prevail.
12.4. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
13.1. In the event of non-payment, access to the event and/or members’ area may be suspended and collection measures may be pursued.
13.2. Chargebacks filed without valid cause may result in immediate access termination and the initiation of legal or extrajudicial proceedings.
14.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER may monitor activity to prevent fraud and policy violations.
14.2. The use of bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized data extraction is strictly prohibited.
15.1. All data processing will comply with applicable law.
15.2. The USER consents to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of contract performance, marketing, security, and service improvement.
16.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER may update these Terms to ensure functionality, security, and service improvements.
16.2. Material changes may be communicated to the registered email address. Continued use of or participation in the event following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
17.2. The courts of Charlotte, North Carolina, are hereby designated as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes arising from this Agreement.

Ao adquirir o ingresso à Imersão LumePlus, você declara estar ciente e de acordo com os presentes termos de uso, assumindo total responsabilidade por todas as ações realizadas sob sua conta, especialmente aquelas que violem as disposições aqui estabelecidas.
Este Termo é firmado entre:
CONTRATADA: LUME EDUCATION LLC, sociedade limitada, com sede em 3950 Campus Ridge Road – D Matthews, North Carolina, ZIP Code 28105, inscrita sob EIN nº 99-3681970, doravante denominada simplesmente “Lume Education” ou “CONTRATADA”;

CONTRATANTE: USUÁRIO, pessoa física ou jurídica devidamente identificada por meio do cadastro realizado no momento da compra.
O presente Termo regula as condições de acesso e participação da Imersão LumePLus, evento online ao vivo via Zoom, agendado para 06 de junho de 2026, no horário das 9:30 PM (EDT), com foco em conteúdos educacionais voltados ao desenvolvimento profissional e empresarial estratégico.
1.1 Entregáveis desta compra (ingresso):

1.3.1. Bônus Promocionais e Regras de Elegibilidade
A CONTRATADA poderá disponibilizar bônus promocionais vinculados ao momento da compra, conforme condições informadas durante a oferta, checkout, páginas oficiais, grupos de comunicação ou apresentações do evento.
Os bônus desta oferta seguem as seguintes regras:

Os bônus possuem caráter promocional, pessoal, individual, intransferível e não comercial, não sendo passíveis de troca, conversão em dinheiro, substituição ou compensação posterior.

A CONTRATADA reserva-se o direito de substituir bônus por conteúdos equivalentes de valor semelhante em caso de indisponibilidade operacional, sem que isso gere direito a reembolso ou indenização.
1.3.2. Upsell – opcional, pago à parte no checkout: O Upsell consiste em um encontro exclusivo de Hotseat em grupo com Rafael Bazilio e Amanda Antunes, de até 1h (uma hora), no qual os participantes poderão apresentar dúvidas, desafios e situações relacionadas aos seus negócios para direcionamento estratégico ao vivo.
O formato do Hotseat poderá incluir análises práticas, orientações estratégicas, comentários técnicos e direcionamentos empresariais, conforme dinâmica definida pela CONTRATADA.
O acesso possui caráter pessoal, individual, intransferível e não comercial, sendo proibido compartilhar, retransmitir, gravar, revender ou disponibilizar o conteúdo a terceiros sem autorização prévia e expressa da CONTRATADA.
A CONTRATADA poderá estabelecer regras operacionais específicas para participação no encontro, incluindo duração, limite de participantes, ordem das interações, critérios de seleção de perguntas e disponibilidade dos especialistas.
1.4. A CONTRATADA poderá realizar ajustes de programação, melhorias ou atualizações de conteúdo e operações do evento, sempre visando melhor experiência, sem gerar direito a indenização, ressalvadas as hipóteses expressas deste Termo.
Parágrafo Único: A Imersão LumePlus consiste em evento ao vivo e online. A CONTRATADA não possui obrigação de disponibilizar replay, gravação ou acesso posterior ao conteúdo apresentado durante o evento, salvo se expressamente informado em materiais oficiais de divulgação ou no checkout.
Eventuais gravações disponibilizadas terão caráter temporário, revogável e pessoal, podendo ser removidas a qualquer momento, sem que isso gere direito a reembolso ou indenização.
2. NATUREZA DA RELAÇÃO JURÍDICA E LIMITAÇÃO DE RESULTADOS
2.1. A relação entre o USUÁRIO e a CONTRATADA é exclusivamente de prestação de serviços educacionais, inexistindo qualquer vínculo societário, empregatício, de representação ou parceria.
2.2. A aplicação prática dos conhecimentos é de responsabilidade exclusiva do USUÁRIO.
2.3. A CONTRATADA não garante resultados específicos (financeiros, profissionais ou de qualquer natureza), pois dependem de fatores externos e pessoais.
2.4. Exemplos e casos de sucesso têm caráter meramente ilustrativo.
2.5. Na máxima extensão legal, a responsabilidade da CONTRATADA limita-se ao valor efetivamente pago pelo USUÁRIO e diretamente relacionado ao objeto da disputa.
3. RESPONSABILIDADES DO USUÁRIO
3.1. Utilizar o evento e conteúdos conforme a lei, este Termo e as boas práticas.
3.2. Fornecer dados verdadeiros e atualizados; comunicações enviadas aos contatos informados presumem-se válidas.
3.3. Manter sigilo de suas credenciais e links de acesso (área de membros, Zoom e WhatsApp).
3.4. Manter o ambiente tecnológico seguro (antivírus, firewall, etc.).
3.5. É proibido gravar, reproduzir, armazenar, compartilhar e divulgar total ou parcialmente o conteúdo do workshop, salvo autorização prévia e escrita da CONTRATADA.
3.6. Respeitar a confidencialidade e a propriedade intelectual dos materiais e interações.
3.7. Vedado usar informações do evento para captação de clientes, concorrência desleal, promoções não autorizadas ou spams.
3.8. Conduta respeitosa nas interações (Zoom, chat, WhatsApp). O descumprimento pode ensejar advertência, suspensão ou exclusão sem reembolso.
3.9. O USUÁRIO é integralmente responsável por possuir conexão estável com a internet, dispositivos compatíveis, acesso às plataformas utilizadas no evento e condições técnicas mínimas necessárias para participação.
4. CADASTRO, DESTINAÇÃO E ACESSO
4.1. O ingresso destina-se a pessoas interessadas em aprimoramento profissional/empresarial.
4.2. O acesso requer cadastro com dados verdadeiros e atualizados.
4.3. Menores de 18 anos somente com consentimento expresso de responsáveis.
4.4. Confirmado o pagamento, o USUÁRIO receberá as instruções de acesso no e-mail cadastrado e/ou na área de membros.
4.5. O acesso é pessoal, individual e intransferível. Compartilhamentos não autorizados podem gerar bloqueio sem reembolso.
4.6. Em caso de suspeita de fraude, uso indevido ou infração a este Termo, a CONTRATADA poderá suspender ou cancelar o acesso e adotar medidas cabíveis.
5. PREÇO E PAGAMENTO
5.1. O ingresso da Imersão LumePlus tem preço único conforme exibido no checkout no momento da compra, de U$197,00.
5.2. Os Bônus descritos nas cláusulas “1.3.1” são gratuitos.
5.3. O Upsell indicado no checkout, denominado “Hotseat com os Especialistas”, será realizado em grupo com Rafael Bazilio e Amanda Antunes e possui valor adicional de US$49,00.
O encontro terá caráter educacional e estratégico, podendo incluir análises de negócios, direcionamentos práticos, esclarecimento de dúvidas e orientações relacionadas aos conteúdos abordados durante a Imersão LumePlus, conforme dinâmica definida pela CONTRATADA.
5.5. O pagamento é processado via cartão de crédito/débito (ou outros meios eventualmente disponibilizados). É responsabilidade do CONTRATANTE manter limites e dados válidos.
5.6. A invoice será enviada por email e poderá ser emitida pela CONTRATADA no ato da compra após a confirmação do pagamento, enviando-a ao e-mail cadastrado.
6. PERMISSÕES E RESTRIÇÕES
6.1. O USUÁRIO recebe direito não exclusivo, intransferível, não sublicenciável e limitado de participar do evento e acessar os materiais conforme adquiridos.

7. SUPORTE
7.1. Suporte para dúvidas técnicas de acesso: via WhatsApp ou e-mail [email protected], em dias úteis, das 9:30 AM às 5:00 PM (EDT), com prazo de resposta de até 72 horas.
7.2. Consultorias individuais ou opiniões personalizadas fora do escopo do evento não são obrigatórias.
8. COMUNIDADE E INTERAÇÕES
8.1. O grupo oficial de WhatsApp e os chats do evento destinam-se a fins educacionais e organização.
8.2. O USUÁRIO é exclusivamente responsável por tudo que publicar.
8.3. É proibido publicar conteúdos sem relação com o tema, ofensivos, políticos, promocionais não autorizados, contendo dados pessoais de terceiros, códigos maliciosos, links externos sem autorização, ou que simulem espaços oficiais.
8.4. Ao publicar conteúdos, o USUÁRIO outorga à CONTRATADA, gratuitamente e de forma irrevogável, o direito de uso/moderação nos ambientes do evento.
8.5. A CONTRATADA poderá moderar/remover conteúdos e aplicar medidas (advertência, suspensão, exclusão), a seu critério.
O chat do Zoom e quaisquer outros canais de interação ao vivo disponibilizados durante o Workshop destinam-se exclusivamente a fins educacionais, organização do evento e suporte aos participantes. O USUÁRIO compromete-se a manter conduta respeitosa, ética e em conformidade com a legislação vigente.
A CONTRATADA reserva-se o direito, a seu exclusivo critério, de moderar o chat do Zoom, podendo remover, ocultar ou restringir mensagens que contenham, incluindo, mas não se limitando a: conteúdo ilícito, ofensivo, discriminatório, ameaças, discurso de ódio, assédio, desrespeito, provocações, spam, envio repetitivo de mensagens (“flood”), autopromoção, divulgação de produtos ou serviços próprios ou de terceiros, links não autorizados, ou qualquer forma de poluição do ambiente virtual.
Em caso de persistência na conduta inadequada após advertência (ou em caso de conduta considerada grave pela administração), a CONTRATADA poderá remover imediatamente o USUÁRIO da sala ao vivo e/ou revogar seu acesso ao evento, sem direito de retorno e sem qualquer reembolso, sem prejuízo das demais medidas cabíveis previstas neste Termo ou na legislação aplicável.
9.1. O suporte técnico é prestado via WhatsApp ou e-mail [email protected], em dias úteis, das 9AM às 5PM (EDT), com prazo de resposta de até 72h.
9.2. Consultorias individuais e opiniões personalizadas fora do escopo do programa não são obrigatórias.
10.1. O USUÁRIO compromete-se a manter sigilo sobre conteúdos, metodologias e informações do evento.
10.2. É proibido gravar áudio, vídeo ou tela do workshop, no todo ou em parte, sem autorização prévia e escrita da CONTRATADA.
10.3. O USUÁRIO autoriza o uso de sua imagem, nome e voz eventualmente captados durante o evento (ex.: perguntas no Zoom), para fins de registro, melhoria e divulgação institucional da CONTRATADA, sem ônus e sem necessidade de aviso adicional. Caso não concorde, deverá manter a câmera e o microfone desligados e utilizar apenas o chat.
11.1. Todos os conteúdos, marcas, métodos, materiais e elementos da plataforma são de propriedade exclusiva da LumePlus ou de parceiros licenciados.
11.2. O USUÁRIO não adquire qualquer direito de propriedade intelectual sobre os conteúdos acessados.
12.1. Política específica da Imersão LumePlus ao vivo (evento com data certa): o cancelamento com reembolso integral poderá ser solicitado até 24 horas antes do início do evento ao vivo, ou seja, até sexta-feira, 05 de junho de 2026, às 9 AM (EDT).
12.2. Após o prazo do item 13.1, não haverá reembolso. Depois que o workshop começar, o ingresso será considerado consumido e não haverá reembolso.
12.3. Direito de arrependimento: em razão da natureza de evento ao vivo com data determinada, quando aplicável, o exercício do arrependimento fica limitado ao prazo do item 13.1, prevalecendo esta regra específica.
12.4. Reembolso, quando devido, será processado pelo mesmo meio de pagamento, salvo acordo em contrário.
13.1. Na inadimplência, o acesso ao evento/área de membros poderá ser suspenso e aplicadas medidas de cobrança.
13.2. Chargeback sem justa causa poderá resultar em bloqueio imediato do acesso e adoção de medidas judiciais/extrajudiciais.
14.1. A CONTRATADA poderá monitorar atividades para prevenção de fraudes e violações.
14.2. É proibido o uso de robôs, scripts automatizados ou extração indevida de dados.
15.1. O tratamento de dados observará as legislações aplicáveis.
15.2. O USUÁRIO consente na coleta e uso de seus dados para execução contratual, marketing, segurança e melhorias.
16.1. A CONTRATADA poderá alterar estes Termos para garantir funcionalidade, segurança e atualizações dos serviços.
16.2. Alterações relevantes poderão ser comunicadas ao e-mail cadastrado. O uso/participação após a publicação/aviso implica aceite.
17.1. Este Termo será regido pelas leis do Estado da Carolina do Norte, Estados Unidos.
17.2. Fica eleito o foro de Charlotte, North Carolina, para dirimir quaisquer litígios oriundos deste Termo.
